As found on DesignSpoon, this makes me drool....
egg, ciabatta, chorizo, (i would use veg), rocket (i assume it's the greens), sage walnut pesto... mmmrrammbblmm, or whatever noise Homer Simpson makes for beer & doughnuts)

Ingredients for the sandwich:
1 ciabatta roll
1 egg
5 hand cut slices chorizo  (1/4 inch thick)
A hand full of rocket
A little olive oil

For the pesto:
2 oz sage leaves
2 oz walnuts
2/3 cup + 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic
2 oz Parmesan
1 tsp salt
